This is great for use with a longer barrel as it not only protects the shooters hand from a hot barrel but also lends a more complete symmetry to the QCB when using a longer barrel.

Just insert and twist and the Handguard Extension locks into place. It's that simple! The Hand Guard Extension works with both the standard version of the QCB as well as the Long railed version.
